This time, the wolf was a baby. And somehow, that made the dream feel even more profound. The dream took place inside a house. It wasn't literally my house, but it felt like it was. It had that familiar feeling that dream houses sometimes have…as though the house represented a part of me, even though I couldn't recognize it as my physical home. And then the baby wolf came to me. I wasn't afraid. I reached out and began petting it. I wanted to take care of it. I wanted it to stay. But the little wolf took off. And then, somehow, it came back to me again.
