7 Things That Affect Your Vibrational Frequency

Vibration in quantum physics means that "Everything is Energy, Energy is Everything!" We are beings that vibrate at certain frequencies . Each vibration is equivalent to a feeling and in the "vibrational" world, there are only two types of vibrations, the "positive" and the "negative." Any feeling/emotion causes you to emit a vibration that can either be positive or negative....

Based on the frequency you emit, you attract things, people, circumstances and everything else vibrating at that same frequency. Like attracts like! So if you are radiating in a negative energy zone, you will only attract negativity in your life. E.g. If you feel sick and keep living that thought and expanding it, you will continue to be sick. However, if you tell your self that you are fine, you will get better faster and any medication what you might take will have a far better effect then, when you will be depressed about being unwell. Many studies and researches have been done on the same and Doctors always talk that the will of the patient will define his/her rate of recovery more than the medication he/she is subjected to.

1. THE THOUGHTS  Every thought emits a frequency into the Universe and that frequency reverberates and rebounds towards its origin, then in the case, if you have negative thoughts like discouragement, sadness, anger, fear, jealousy, hatred all of those turn towards you and you get entangled in the web of negative thoughts. That is the reason why it is imperative that you take care of the quality of your thoughts and learn to cultivate only positive thoughts and let go of any negative thought that comes in your head before it takes you into a downward spiral.

2. THE COMPANY  The people around you directly influence your vibrational frequency . If you surround yourself with happy, positive, committed and determined people, you will also start vibrating at the same frequency however, in case you surround yourself with complaining, cursing and pessimistic people, be careful, you will become the same! They will effect your frequency and as a consequence prevent you from making the Law of Attraction work in your favour.

3. THE MUSIC  Music is a very powerful tool. If you only listen to music that speaks of death, betrayal, sadness, abandonment, all that will influence what you vibrate. Pay attention to the lyrics of the music you listen to, it may be decreasing your vibrational frequency. And remember: You draw into your life exactly what you vibrate. Listen to positive and peppy songs, which lift you up and take your vibrational frequency higher.

4. THINGS YOU SEE  When you watch programs/videos/movies that deal with misfortune, death, betrayal, etc. your brain accepts that as a reality and releases a whole set of toxin chemicals in your body, causing your vibrational frequency to be affected. Watch things that do you good and help you vibrate at a higher frequency.

5. THE ENVIRONMENT Whether at home or at work, if you spend much of your time in a disorganised and a dirty environment, this will also affect your vibrational frequency. Improve what is around you, organise and clean your environment. Show the Universe that you are apt to receive much more. Take care of what you already have. Even the Hindu Shastras say that Laxmi (the Goddess of Wealth) resides where there is cleanliness. All good things will happen to you in a clean environment.

6. THE WORD  If you tend to complain or speak badly about things and people  this affects your vibrational frequency. To maintain your high frequency it is essential that you eliminate the habit of complaining and speaking badly about others. Then avoid making a drama/story and victimise yourself. Take responsibility for the choices of your life and completely STOP Complaining, Blaming or Justifying!

7. THE GRATITUDE  Gratitude positively affects your vibrational frequency  That is a habit that you should incorporate right now into your life. Start to say Thank You for everything you have, what you generally take for granted, for all the good things and those that you consider not good, thank the universe for all the experiences that you have lived.
