The Bridge

 

For years

She waited on the bridge 

For him to meet her

To show up

In her life

And declare

His love for her

But he never did

And so she realized

By not moving forward

She possibly was

Blocking love from coming into her life

That the One

Out there for her

Couldn't show up

Until she moved off the bridge
