When to Let Go of Anger

i know i have
issues with anger
you would too
if you've been
through the hell
i've been through
and now you're just
trying to survive the pain
i'm here to tell you
that if you do know
the flames of hell
then you have
every damn
right to be angry
don't let others tell you
you should let it go
what do they know
do it in your own time darling
no need to explain yourself
