Poem- As Much

I will love myself
as much as you would love me.

I will be patient with myself
as much as you would be patient with me.

I will respect myself
as much as you would respect me.

I will educate myself in wisdom
as much as you would council wisdom in me.

I will carry dignity on my shoulders
as much as you would shoulder dignity upon me.

I will embrace my spirit
as much as you would embrace me.
